TERMS OF SERVICES

by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of services! failure to follow said tos will result in a block & you will no longer be able to commision me in the future.

general.

  • personal use only unless discussed otherwise

  • commercial rights must be negotiated upon commissioning

  • you are not allowed to use my works for political or harmful purposes.

  • please credit me when using my works.

  • i have the right to deny a commission without providing a reason.

  • do not take my works and use it in any relation to NFTs and AI or i will cry

payment.

  • Payment will be through Paypal invoice, everything is in USD.

  • I'll send a sketch or WIP of your item, then the invoice will be given.

  • Please pay the invoice within 24 hours.

  • Once a commission is delivered, you may not request a refund or chargeback.

commercial.

  • commercial fee is a surcharge of 80% of the original price.

  • if a piece you commissioned in the past is later used for commercial purposes, you are required to pay the same surcharge.

  • you may NOT use my works for physical and digital merchandising without a prior notice.

when do i charge commercial?

  • product is used in stream/premieres that receives direct monetary profit through donations, superchats, ads, etc.

  • posting product DIRECTLY onto patreon/kofi (or any donation support sites)

  • product is posted on client's social media that does NOT make profit directly (posting through twitter, instagram, etc.).

  • linking the product on patreon/kofi (or any donation support sites) through post or description

basically, as long as you're not directly making money from my works, you will not be charged any commercial fees!
